See the Platinum Comedy Tour in Baltimore

Are you ready to laugh, Baltimore? And we don’t mean a cute little chuckle type of laugh. We mean a genuine, tears-inducing, stomach-grabbing type of laugh. If you are, the Platinum Comedy Tour is something you’ll want in on.

The comedy show features heavyhitters Mike Epps, Earthquake, Rickey Smiley, DeRay Davis and Tony Rock. They’ll be at Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore on April 21st at 8pm. Tickets are on sale now and start at $55, so if you’re interested in having a great evening, you’d better act fast.

Here’s the gist on each of the performers:

Mike Epps, the show’s headliner, has been performing since his teen years and reached mainstream success when he starred in Def Comedy Jam. Since then, he’s acted in several films and TV shows including his memorable performances in Ice Cube’s Next Friday and Friday After Next.

 Rickey Smiley is a comedian, actor, host and radio personality. He has a nationally syndicated radio show based in Atlanta and a reality TV show that chronicles his life. He’s been in several comedy standup specials, movies and TV series to date.

Earthquake is an actor, comedian and voice artist, but he’s also a former Sergeant in the Air Force. He spent 11 years in the military and served at bases all throughout the country. From there, he transitioned into entertainment and even owned comedy clubs in Dallas and Atlanta. He got his big break in the business with the Def Comedy Jam tour.

DeRay Davis got his start in comedy with the Cedric The Entertainer Tour and has been in multiple films and series like Barbershop and Barbershop 2: Back in Business. He’s also performed on music skits for Kanye West, been in music videos for Chris Brown and been part of the mega hit Entourage on HBO.

Tony Rock, the brother of esteemed comedian Chris Rock, is happy to be in his own lane. He works to distinguish himself from his superstar brother and has been doing so since the early 2000s. His credits include series like All of Us and Everybody Hates Chris and his own sketch comedy series The Tony Rock Project.

Baltimore, these men have resumes that run a mile long, and they’re prepared to make you laugh.
